Terms of use
Zazi is operated in South Africa by Girschen Clingen trading as Zazi. The operator is acting as a sole trader. By creating an account or using Zazi, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and permitted use
Use accurate details, protect your password and permanent member code, and use only the role and organisation access assigned to you. Do not access another person's account, falsify employment or learning evidence, upload unlawful material, interfere with security controls or disrupt the service.
Learning, badges and workplace guidance
Jobseeker Academy training is free. Businesses buy lesson credits and use them when paid training is assigned to staff. Badges and completion records show that the stated Zazi course and assessment were completed; they are not an accredited qualification unless the course expressly identifies an accredited provider. Ask Zazi provides AI-generated practical guidance, not legal, medical, financial, safety-certification or professional advice. Users must follow approved workplace procedures, system permissions, safety rules and lawful instructions.
Business responsibilities and authored content
A business must have authority to add its staff, allocate roles, use workplace procedures and assign training. Course authors must use accurate, lawful material and must not publish confidential, copyrighted or unsafe content without permission. The business remains responsible for reviewing its procedures, staffing decisions, workplace permissions and operational instructions.
Payments and account credits
Businesses may buy Zazi credits through Yoco-hosted checkout or an approved EFT. Zazi calculates the selected package on the server and releases credits only after the payment, business account and unique reference have been verified. Zazi does not collect or store card numbers, CVV values or bank-login credentials. Duplicate payment references are rejected.
QuickShift
QuickShift helps eligible businesses publish urgent work opportunities and lets registered jobseekers apply. The hiring business—not Zazi—is responsible for lawful pay, working hours, safety, transport arrangements, employment terms, identity checks and the final selection. Zazi does not guarantee that a shift will be filled or that an applicant will be suitable.
Availability, changes and security
Reasonable efforts are made to keep Zazi available and records secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance, supplier incidents, hosting interruptions and necessary security work may temporarily affect access. Features, prices and course catalogues may change; changes that materially affect a paid transaction will not be applied retrospectively to that completed transaction.
Suspension and termination
Zazi may restrict or suspend an account where this is reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security abuse, unlawful use, false records, non-payment or harm to another user or organisation. A user may request account closure, subject to records that must be retained for security, accounting, contractual or legal purposes.
Refunds and corrections
Duplicate, incorrect or unallocated payments are handled under the published refund process. Training already assigned or consumed is reviewed against the learning record and financial ledger. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
