Refund and payment correction process

Jobseeker training is free. This process applies when a business pays for Zazi training credits or a QuickShift listing through Yoco-hosted checkout or EFT.

Before paying

Check the package, amount and business account before paying, then keep the Yoco receipt or EFT confirmation and the Zazi payment reference. A payment does not create credits until it is verified against the correct business ledger.

Ask for a correction or refund

Contact Zazi with the payment receipt, provider reference, Zazi login email, business name, reason for the request and the authorised business contact. Duplicate, incorrect and unallocated payments are checked against the provider record and Zazi ledger.

Unused credits

A request involving unused credits will be reviewed against the original payment, package and ledger. A correction may be made by reversing credits, reallocating them to the correct business or returning the approved amount through a verified payment method.

Assigned training

A course assignment consumes one R25 credit value for each lesson and makes the course available to the staff member. Package discounts affect what the business paid for credits, not the number of credits consumed. Incorrect, unavailable or materially defective training must be reported promptly so the enrolment, activity and ledger can be reviewed.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through a verified payment method, normally the original payment route where available. Timing depends on payment-provider processing, banking delays and fraud-prevention checks. This process does not remove rights that apply under South African law.
